Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, is present and reported no instructions from the petitioner, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for orders'. The learned counsel filed a Memo, dated 07.03.2022, before this Court with regard to sending letter to the petitioner seeking instructions in the matter. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter.
