Sri Kaushik Sonz, learned counsel representing Sri P. Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, is present and reported no instructions from the petitioner, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for orders'. The learned counsel filed a Memo, dated 07.03.2022, before this Court with regard to sending letter to the petitioner seeking instructions in the matter. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter.

2, Under these circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
