THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI CONTEMPT CASE NO.2406 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39002 of 2017.

By order dated 14.09.2018 passed in this contempt case, this Court directed the respondent to comply with the order, failing which, he was required to file an affidavit explaining the reasons for non-compliance and also be present in person.

While so, Sri M.V.S.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would fairly state that the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has been complied with. In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
