Heard.

The petitioners' grievance is that the 4th respondent is not receiving and entertaining the documents presented by them for registration with regard to the lands admeasuring Ac.0-50 cents, Ac.0-75 cents and Ac.0-75 cents respectively in Sy.No.122-2 situated at Gotluru Village, Dharmavaram Mandal, Anantapuram District.

The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015, dated 15-06-2015. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the 3rd respondent is of the opinion that the documents warrant refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act. If, however, the documents are found to be complied with all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release them in accordance with due procedure. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
