No 173/2015 dt 23-04-2015 on the file of Visakhapatnam Police Station, IV TN, Visakhapatnam District.; The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 01-072015 & 04-08-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Suresh Kumar Potturi, Advocate for the Petitioners, the Court made the following:
