HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8010 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting the survey and demarcating the land admeasuring Ac.70-00 guntas in Sy.No.40 (old Sy.No.44/1) of Katedhan Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District on the application of the petitioner dated 05.12.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 28.04.2016, rendered in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. The said exercise shall be done within a period of three (03) months

from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
