HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.33175 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in registering the FIR and to take necessary action against respondents 4 to 6 inspite of receipt of complaint of the petitioner dated 20-08-2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that they received only cover, but it does not contain any complaint of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make fresh complaint.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh complaint within a period of two weeks from today. On such complaint, the respondent-police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
