THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2811 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R. No. 11 of 2013 on the file of III Town Police Station, Khammam registered on 24.01.2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police, after carrying out the necessary investigation, have filed the charge sheet in the matter on 29.01.2015. C.C.No. 63 of 2015 was in fact posted on 18.06.2015 for appearance of the accused by the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class at Khammam. Hence, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication and it is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
