This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, is filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 26.11.2013, passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada passed in I.A.No.216 of 2013 in A.S.(GL).No.2748 of 2013. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition has become infructuous as the appeal viz., A.S.(GL) No.2748 of 2013, which was subsequently numbered as A.S.No.2 of 2014, was dismissed on 08.07.2016. Recording the submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
