ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 21.11.2006 in W.P.No.18936 of 1995. At the hearing, Mr.K.L.N.Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for the respondents, placed before the Court a pay order, dated 05.09.2015, for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) taken in favour of the petitioner and the same was handed over to Mr.Karanam Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, who in turn, submitted that with the payment of the aforementioned sum, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court.
