Mittapalli Poorna Prasad, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By Its Prl. Secretary
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12055 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the civil suit in O.S.No.2 of 2016 pending before the learned V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, handover the schedule land to them and interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner without any legal cause. The petitioner states that, though a complaint was lodged with respondent No.4 on 21.02.2017 and 03.03.2017 and sent it by registered post, the fourth respondent has not taken any action.
Though there is no proof of receipt of the said complaints and when the learned Counsel for the petitioner tried to produce the postal receipts of the said complaints, this Court is not inclined to examine the nature of the complaints, but is concerned with the alleged interference of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
Learned Government Pleader submits that the second respondent is holding a grievance cell on every Monday. Liberty is, therefore, given to the petitioner to approach the second respondent on 10.04.2017 and apprise him of his
grievance. As and when the petitioner approaches the second respondent, the second respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 06.04.2017 Note: Issue C.C by tomorrow.
