C.R.P.No.S319 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter was listed on 03.09.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and then the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal.' 2.

Accordingly, today when the matter was called, though the court proceedings were made available in Hybrid mode (both Virtual & Physical), there was no representation on behalf of petitioner in the morning session and the matter was passed over to afternoon session to give a fair opportunity to the petitioner to represent their case, however, when the matter was taken up in the afternoon session i.e., on 3:15 pm, none appeared for the petitioner.

In view of the above, it appears that petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter, hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution4. Accordingly, C.R.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
