It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in A.P.Bankers & Pawn Brokers' Association v.

Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad[1] Smt. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation has not disputed the same. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in A.P.Bankers & Pawn Brokers' Association v. Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad(supra). There shall be no order as to costs.
