This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Ranga Reddy district, Hyderabad by the petitioners/respondents 2 to 5.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the matter was compromised earlier in this Court and the petitioners paid compensation to the second respondent/defacto complainant.

Therefore, it is submitted that no further orders are required in this criminal petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition stands disposed of.
