.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Farooqnagar Mandal in interfering with our peaceful possession of the land in Sy.Nos.185 and 186/1 admeasuring Ac.3.55 Cents of each Petitioner situated a t Mogiligidda Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Mahabubnagar District without following any process of law and threatening us that we should vacate the land is wholly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently declare that we are entitled to continue in possession of the said land.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 01-06-2015, 22.06.2015 & 20-08-2015 and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned G.P. for Revenue (Telangana) for Respondent Nos.1 to 4, the Court made the following ORDER:
