ORDER

None appeared for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has placed before this Court the judgment dated 05.07.2013 in O.S.No.748 of 2012 of the IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dismissing the suit granting liberty to the respondent to file a fresh suit.

3. Since the suit in O.S.No.748 of 2012 itself has now been disposed of, this Revision challenging the order dated 03.12.2012 in I.A.No.407 of 2012 in the said suit has become infructuous.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand dismissed.
