Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed declaring the action of respondents in not conducting enquiry and issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds, as per the application dated 22.05.2018, in respect of the agricultural land in Survey No.253, admeasuring Acs.10.00 guntas at Rechni village, Tandur mandal, Mancherial District, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is to be noted here that the petitioners are seeking issuance of fresh pattadar pass book, which is possible only if an application is made in a prescribed proforma. Hence the request of the petitioners to direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books on the basis of the application made, would not arise.

In view of the above, the petitioners shall make fresh online application in Form 6A, enclosing all the relevant documents, evidencing their rights over the property in dispute, in which event, the Tahsildar shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.
