This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in seizing the Tractors and Trailors bearing registration Nos.AP-07-CF-2549 and AP-31-TG-4360, AP-31-AK-3959 and AP-31-U-2841, AP-05-AJ-1366 and AP-31-Y-8794, AP-35-V-5506 and AP-31-TG-6870, AP-31-AN-6449 and AP-31-TW-6929, AP-35U-2583 and AP-31-TC-9947, and AP-35-V-1150 and AP-31-TW6792 belonging to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleaders for respondents.

Counsel on record would submit that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.42146 of 2016 on 05.12.2016. Hence, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 05.12.2016, passed in W.P.No.42146 of 2016.
