THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 12865 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in registering the complaint, dated 06.04.2017, lodged by the petitioner in connection with the death of his son. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is stated that the wife of the deceased, daughter-in-law of the petitioner, lodged a complaint, which was registered as a case of suicide by respondent No.5 in Crime No.70 of 2017.

Therefore, respondent No.5 shall take the information contained in the complaint of the petitioner, conduct necessary investigation pursuant to Crime No.70 of 2017 and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. It is open to the petitioner to approach respondent No.5 and give a statement with regard to the circumstances under which his son died.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:12.04.2017 kdl
