Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the matter has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet and the learned XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.212 of 2015. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
