HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P No.8103 of 2015 IN/ AND Crl.P. No.7890 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings of C.C No.949 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, outcome of private complaint of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

2) Needless to say, the accused No.2 filed Criminal Petition No.4953 of 2014 to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.949 of 2011, which were ended in compromise by order of this Court on 28.04.2014. Accused No.4 is not present before this Court since facing accusation.

3) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, de facto complainant and accused Nos.1 and 3 are present and filed a joint memo with affidavit of de facto complainant in Crl.P.M.P No.8103 of seeking permission to compound the offences supra, under Section 482 Cr.P.C stating that they have settled the dispute amicably outside the Court, hence to compound.

4) Having regard to the above, it is a fit case to

invoke Section 482 Cr.P.C to sub-serve the ends of justice and it is appropriate to grant permission to compound. Accordingly, the Crl.P.M.P. No.8103 of 2015 is ordered and permission is accorded and the offences are compounded. 5) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C. No.949 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, is hereby quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 3, if any, shall stand cancelled.

6) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
