HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32972 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, in disposing mutation application of the petitioner dated 04.07.2017, even after expiry of statutory period granted for the disposal of the said application, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 04.07.2017, made by the petitioner for mutation of the land and for grant of e-passbook, at the earliest.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to consider the application dated 04.07.2017, made by the petitioner for mutation of her land admeasuring Ac.0.10 guntas in Survey No.358 situated at Nandigaon

village, Patancheruvu mandal, Sanga Reddy District and for grant of e-pass book, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
