THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36235 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved over non-completion of the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2016 on the file of CID Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the respondents are investigating into the matter meticulously and they have called for the records from the persons concerned in order to complete the investigation and the respondents will complete the inestigation after collection of the entire material.

Considering the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"The respondents are directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2016 on the file of CID Police Station, Hyderabad, as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law."

No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
