Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

2. Petitioner wants his candidature for a post of Muthawalli of Maqbara Walajahi located in Ac.15.05 gts in Sy. No.32 of Asifnagar, Hyderabad, to be considered by the respondent.

Although the petitioner claims to have given a representation on 26-10-2015 to the respondent, since no proof of such representation is filed, petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh representation regarding his claim to the respondent and if such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and communicate its decision thereon to the petitioner within eight (8) weeks from the submission of the said representation.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
