This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the Order dt.10.08.2017 in W.P. 25295 of 2017, wherein this Court while ordering Notice before admission observed that it was left open to respondent No.3 to review the earlier decision taken on 25.07.2017 appointing the unofficial respondent No.5 as Superintendent in the office of Bal Bhavan, Old City, Hyderabad, even though he did not possess the requisite qualifications.

Since the liberty was given to respondent No.3, the non exercise of the liberty by respondent No.3 cannot be called as contempt. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
