This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.30.10.2015 in W.P. No.35494 of 2015. Mr. G. Subash, representing Mr. K.V. Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that after filing of the contempt case the petitioner has been reinstated into service in pursuance of the aforesaid order of this Court. None appeared for the petitioner to oppose the aforesaid submission.

As the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, the wilful disobedience of which has been complained of, the contempt case is closed.
