This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 27.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.546 of 2015 in O.S.No.241 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Pithapuram, East Godavari District. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 21.10.2016. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
