HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33021 OF 2018 ORDER :
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in continuing the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner in the year 2010 without any periodical review as required under law, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to close the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner forthwith. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.23765/2018 on 11.07.2018.
In view of the same, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit representation to the competent authority and on such representations being made by the petitioner, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks form the date of receiving representations from the petitioner. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
