Heard Sri Mohd. Nayeemuddin, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri A.K. Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, and Sri P. Amarender, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

One Md. Imaduddin, employed as Assistant Engineer in the erstwhile A.P. Housing Board, died on 07.01.2010. Respondent No.5 is his first wife, petitioner No.1 is his second wife, and petitioner Nos.2 to 4 are his sons and daughter, respectively. There were disputes between them as to the sharing of the benefits payable to the said late Md. Imaduddin. The matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat, Mahabubnagar, and an Award was passed on 13.04.2016 in O.S.No.97 of 2012, wherein it was agreed that the petitioners, on one hand, and respondent No.5, on the other hand, would share equally the service benefits such as Service Gratuity, Group Insurance, GIS Savings, Leave encashment, General Provident Fund, arrears of Pension etc., payable to late Md. Imaduddin. The petitioners allege that though, they approached the 2nd respondent on 25.04.2016 for payment of the above benefits in terms of the said Award, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.
Sri P. Amarender, learned counsel for respondent No.5, submits that his client has no objection for payment of the
MSR, J W.P.No.23151 of 2016 benefits of late Md. Imaduddin in terms of the Award dated 13.04.2016 in O.S.No.97 of 2012.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to pay the service benefits payable to late Md. Imaduddin, as mentioned above, in terms of the Award dated 13.04.2016 in O.S.No.97 of 2012 passed by the Lok Adalat. Mahabubnagar, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
