This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records in FIR No.252 of 2012 on the file of I Town PS Ananthapur, Ananthapur District, registered for the offences under Sections 403, 418, 420 IPC r/w. Section 34 IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) of SC and ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home submits that on perusal of the material adduced in the case, the DIG of Police, Ananthapur Ranga, Ananthapur, issued proceedings to refer the case as false case and based on the said proceedings, consequential proceedings were issued by the Superintendent of Police, Ananthapur District, pursuant thereto final report was filed before the jurisdictional Court to treat the case as a false case. 4.

In the view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
