Mr.Syed Hassan holding for Mr.S.R.Mahajir does not press the prayer for according to his instructions, the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition is rendered infructuous.

The statement is placed on record.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Interim orders if any granted earlier, are recalled. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
