This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 12.07.2018, in I.A.No.439 of 2018 in O.S.No.351 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.B.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that this Court, by common order, dated 14.09.2018, has dismissed C.R.P.Nos.5282 and 5310 of 2018 arising out of the connected interlocutory applications in the same suit, out of which the present Civil Revision Petition arose.

Having regard to the dismissal of the aforementioned two C.R.Ps. and for the same reasons as mentioned in the common passed in the said C.R.Ps., this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed.
