For the reasons submit by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the impugned Order in I.A.No.158 of 2015 in O.S.No.173 of 2007 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, is set aside and the trial Court is directed to permit the petitioner/plaintiff to suitably amend the plaint. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
