THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.48 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.116 of 2014 of Rajupalem Police Station, Guntur District, but at one stage the main prayer is to quash the docket order dated 30.03.2015, on various grounds. During hearing, Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that the charge sheet in the above Crime was already filed and seeks liberty to challenge the same. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is dismissed and giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
