Both these writ petitions are filed challenging the impugned proceedings vide Memo No.CGM (HRD)/GM (Adm)/AS (Per)/POA/214 A1/09, dated 20.03.2010. Counter affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent, wherein at paragraph 13, it is stated as follows:
"13. In the above circumstances, it is humbly requested that, as the impugned memo dated 20.03.2010 was hold-back by the respondents, there are no merits to survive the present writ petition." Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt. Jagarlamudi Koteswari Devi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Though the matter is adjourned for four times, no proper instructions were placed by the learned Standing Counsel. She also submits that the Department is not providing proper instructions.
In view of the averments in the counter affidavit of the 2nd respondent at para No.13, nothing survives for adjudication, as such these writ petitions are disposed of accordingly, recording the same.
