THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7647 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not approving the candidates engaged by the petitioner as Shift Operators in 33/11 KV sub-station of Chinnadandlur, Yerraguntla Mandal, Kadapa District, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to approve the candidates engaged by the petitioner as Shift Operators of the aforesaid 33/11 KV sub-station.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by order dated 26.06.2014, passed by the single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.17473 of 2014. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondents 2 and 3 are directed to approve the candidates engaged by the petitioner, as per the letter dated 09.09.2014, subject to condition that the candidates possess minimum required qualification for maintenance of 33/11 KV sub-station of Chinnadandlur Village, Yerraguntal Mandal, Kadapa District. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
