HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.16481 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains inaction in disposing of the application dated 10.11.2016 for issuing pattadar pass books, title deeds and for mutation.

The Assistant Government Pleader refers to the rejection order electronically generated on application dated 10.11.2016 and submits that the application is not pending with the Department. He however fairly states that the copy now generated does not disclose reasons, and for want of reasons, the aggrieved party cannot work out the remedies available in law. Therefore, he submits that the 3rd respondent can be directed to treat the application still as subsisting, take a decision and communicate the decision to petitioner. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application dated 10.11.2016 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to file the copy of this order together with the application within one week from today. No order as to costs.
