THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No. 10419 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioners in this case is that the Central Bank of India did not consider their representations made in the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 for settling their account by way of a One Time Settlement. A consequential direction was sought to the Bank to consider their representations.

It is now represented by Sri A. Sreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the Bank addressed letter dated 16.02.2017 to the petitioners in response to their letter dated 12.10.2016 wherein the Bank informed the petitioners that their offer for One Time Settlement was very low and could not be considered.

In the light of this development, the grievance of the petitioners' stands settled.
