CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus, directing respondent No.6 to produce Ms.Syeda Mahveen Sana D/o.Syed Zahooruddin (for short 'the alleged detenue') before the court and to set her at liberty.

At the hearing, respondent No.6 has produced the alleged detenue before the Court. On being questioned by the court, the alleged detenue stated that she has married one Mirza Ahmed Baig and that she is living with her husband and his parents on her own will and consent. She further stated that she is not willing to join her parents.

As the alleged detenue is a major, she cannot be compelled to join the company of her parents.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
