This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

2. The affidavit filed in support of this application states that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, subsequent events have taken place.

3. In view of the above, permission is accorded. Application is ordered.

In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if any fresh cause of action arises. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
