HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.12480 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer is against inaction in considering and disposing of application made under Form 6-A on 28.04.2016 in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.3-00 cents in Sy.Nos.336 and 744 of Parla Village, Kalluru Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The counsel appearing for petitioner refers to notice dated 27.03.2018 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool, on the representation filed by petitioner.

In view of the notice, for the present, the writ prayer is not pressed.

The petitioner is given liberty to participate in the enquiry initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
