A letter dated 04.03.2017 of the learned counsel for the petitioners is filed seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition while stating that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondents without following the guidelines of G.O.Ms.No.7 renewed the fish tank licenses.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
