THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 33142 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents on the representation dated 20.08.2018 of the petitioner for issuing 'No Objection Certificate' for constructing the compound wall to the plots bearing No. 10 Part and 11 Part in Survey No. 129 situated at Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Board submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, in accordance with law, within ten days.

Since the main and the interim relief being one and the same, recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Board to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' for constructing the compound wall, within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the decision taken thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner by Registered Post acknowledgment due. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
