THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1049 of 2016 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for respondents in the Contempt Case that proceedings dt.06-04-2017 in Rc.No.FP/2017 have been issued by 4th respondent permitting the petitioner to catch fish in Sri Magunta Subbarami Reddy, Ramatheerdham Reservoir of Ramatheerdham Village, Chimakurthy Mandal for the period from 06-04-2017 to 30-06-2017. Though there is some delay in implementation of the interim order dt.18-12-2015 in W.P.M.P.No.51741 of 2015 in W.P.No.40082 of 2015, having regard to the proceedings dt.06-04-2017 issued by the 4th respondent, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
