HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10575 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner that he is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.0-90 cents in Sy.No.10/1 and Ac.3-00 in Sy.No.106/A1 situted at Pogaruru Village, Pamidi Mandal, Ananthapuram District having acquired the same from his ancestors. The petitioner's name was also entered in revenue records and he was issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. In the year 2001, the petitioner has also obtained crop loan and thereafter also he used to obtain crop loans and repaying the same. In the year 2010, the petitioner obtained crop loan and the same was waived by the Government under Loan Waiver Scheme. During the year 2015, when the petitioner approached the bank authorities to avail crop loan, the bank authorities informed that unless his name is uploaded in the web record, crop loan will not be sanctioned. On that the petitioner submitted representations dated 20-06-2015 and 02-05-2016 to the 4th respondent to enter his name in web record. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the 4th respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 02-05-2016 in

accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
