THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.32967 of 2018 ORDER:

The only request of the petitioner in this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is to direct the 3rd respondent, Station House Officer, Pangal Police Station, Wanaparthy District, to complete the investigation into the case in Crime no.31 of 2018 on the file of the said police station registered on 29.04.2018, and file a final report either way. 2.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) appearing for the respondents. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 12.09.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer arrived at an opinion that A1 to A3 are to be charge sheeted and that he had arrested A1 & A2 on 30.04.2018, and on production of the said accused, they were remanded to judicial custody by the jurisdictional Magistrate. He would further submit that A3 is absconding and that final report would be filed in due course of time before the Court of the learned Magistrate.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to do the needful in the matter in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
