This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 11.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.330 of 2016 in O.S.No.87 of 2012 on the file of the Court of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Anantapuramu. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.
