This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.23869 of 2018, dated 17-07-2018.

Learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondents submits that the main writ petition itself is dismissed. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
