Heard.

The petitioner filed a representation before the 2nd respondent on 21-08-2015 alleging that the 2nd respondent shall not entertain any document relating to the lands claimed by him. Alleging inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

It is evident from the petitioner's averments in the affidavit as well as from the representation, referred to above, that as on today, there is no restraint order against registration from a competent court and in the absence thereof, the 2nd respondent cannot stop registration. The representation of the petitioner, therefore, cannot be considered by the 2nd respondent.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate orders from a competent court with regard to his claim, if he is so advised. No costs.
