O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, is calling her to the police station at the instance of unofficial respondent No.5 and interfering with civil dispute. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, dated 17.09.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that the 5th respondent approached the Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda and submitted representation dated 5.9.2018, stating that she has given an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- to the petitioner, but she failed to repay the same and, therefore, sought to take action against the petitioner.

The said representation/complaint of the 5th respondent, was forwarded to the 4th respondent and that entry was made in the general diary and the petitioner was called to the police station once for enquiry and as the matter is found to be purely of civil in nature, 5th respondent was advised to approach the competent civil court for redressal. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

However, the 4th respondent shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law and also with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial 5th respondent.
