Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner was issued Occupancy Right Certificate (ORC) on 29-07-2013 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, but the respondents are not issuing pattedar passbook and title deed to the petitioner by mutating his name in the revenue records in respect of subject land.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that if the petitioner applies in Form-6-A prescribed under the AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to 4th respondent, 4th respondent will consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application under Form 6A under the above Act to 4th respondent and on such application being filed, 4th respondent within six weeks from the date of submission of such application will consider the petitioner's application and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
